On land or on the web, real estate is real estate — the size of the parcel isn’t always indicative of its value. Take Manhattan, for example, where buying a downtown studio may cost as much as a recording studio in Kansas. The web is similar, only land is measured in pixels, currency in clicks, and the first impression is king.
