Creative Director

Job Requirements:
- Eight to 10 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years as a Creative Director or Associate Creative Director in multimedia, interactive advertising or marketing
- High-bandwidth interactive-development experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative discipline
- Background that includes successfully directing and managing multi-disciplinary creative teams
- Mastery of project concept creation, site architecture, user-interface specification, functionality specification and interactive design; strong comprehension of information architecture, editorial disciplines and methodologies

Direct Response Account Director
Tocquigny, a top 100 national digital marketing agency known for delivering fully measurable, integrated, digital-marketing communications, is searching for an account director with strong direct response marketing experience for the agency's office in downtown Austin, TX.
Tocquigny account directors lead agency accounts and projects as well as manage teams. Account directors should be self-starters and team oriented. He or she should possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit while also being a team player and mentor to managers and associates. The ideal director candidate is a thinker and a doer; who knows how to work strategically and tactically to execute projects on time, on budget and on brief.
The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of traditional direct mail as well as direct interactive marketing; including direct response banners, email and landing pages.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead agency accounts and projects
- Liaison between the agency and the client to establish goals and budget and ensure the delivery of quality, cost-effective solutions
- Manage an account team and/or several account teams
- Assume direct responsibility for a minimum of $100k/mo. in client revenue
- Find opportunities to grow accounts and build client relationships
