Creative Director
Tocquigny is seeking a creative director to lead the agency’s multi-disciplinary creative team in the development and production of creative solutions that generate results for our clients. This position holds responsibility for the strategy, conceptualization and effective implementation of leading edge Web sites, interactive marketing, and mobile applications as well as branding and lead generation. The ability to build and maintain client relationships, identify opportunities that create business value for our clients and lead business developments opportunities are each indispensable in this position.
Primary responsibilities:
- Mentor, encourage, and inspire our diverse and talented team in the production of award-winning creative work.
- Advocate for creative leading edge concepts and executions.

Requirements:

Interactive Marketing Analyst

Job Description
Tocquigny is seeking a marketing analyst to manage and grow the agency analytics efforts and provide our clients with data-driven actionable insights. Strong attention to detail, experience with the latest technologies, and resourcefulness are key skills that will make the person successful in this role.
Jim Sterne, founder of the Web Analytics Association, said it well in a recent article: “Between the technical expert and the business managers are a new breed: the analysts. An analyst must have technical skills and knowledge as well as management skills and knowledge. They are a mixture of statistical mathematician, technical tactician, business physician, insight generation magician, and master of communication.”
We seek this new breed to compliment a growing group of highly talented individuals in our Interactive Media Group. This role will support many aspects of marketing at Tocquigny, including planning, implementation, reporting, analysis, and optimization across client accounts.
In addition, this position will be primarily responsible for web analytics within the agency while supporting recurring campaign reporting and analysis. Working with Google Analytics, Ad Serving, Bid Management, and other third party tools, this person will lead or support the extraction, production, and presentation of data analysis, trends, and suggestions for optimization.
Responsibilities
• Lead efforts to improve holistic analysis and reporting across client initiatives
• Consolidate data and insights from multiple marketing channels and data sources
• Identify, document, and implement industry best practices within the agency
• Serve as agency expert and primary contact for web analytics
• Review and improve recurring reporting templates, processes, and standards
• Support team by scheduling extracts for reports on a weekly and monthly basis
• Assist with executive-ready presentations with clear recommendations and rationale
• Communicate directly with account team and clients to fully scope metrics requirements

Senior ASP.NET Developer
Tocquigny is searching for skilled and detail oriented ASP.NET web application developers with 5 - 7 years of .Net experience. The ideal candidates will have at least ten years of web development experience, a solid understanding of CSS and JavaScript, and proficiencies in SQL Server.

• Maintain and expand client sites utilizing .NET(C#) and SQL Server platform.

Tocquigny is searching for a skilled Senior Ruby on Rails Open Source developer. The ideal candidate will build, test, de-bug, and troubleshoot Web applications for a wide range of projects on the Ruby on Rails platform.

Job Summary
