Sr. Interactive Business & Marketing Analyst

Tocquigny is seeking a Senior Interactive Business & Marketing Analyst to lead and grow the agency analytics efforts and provide our clients with data-driven actionable insights.  The Senior Analyst will be in a strong leadership position and continue to grow the agency with the latest technologies in emerging media. This role will support many aspects of marketing at Tocquigny, including Web Analytics, Media Planning, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), PPC (Pay Per Click), Social Media, and Mobile across client accounts.
 
 Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts in holistic analysis and reporting
  • Guide the agency in emerging business analytics
  • Serve as agency expert in website behavior and customer experience analysis
  • Create holistic dashboards for clients
  • Produce and present weekly, monthly and in-depth quarterly reports
  • Coordinate tags and tracking parameter implementation


  • Lead creation and completion of Multivariate and A/B testing documents (from hypothesis creation to influencing creatives to identifying success metrics) and post test analysis
  • Present effective and persuasive presentations

Experience:

  • Three to five years of business analysis experience in an agency or as an consultant with multiple functions
  • Three years of experience working with standard industry analysis tools in online environments
  • Two years of experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research
  • Experience in SEO, PPC, Social Media and Mobile strategies
  • Exposure to project management skills, business process redesign principles, tools and techniques
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)

Contract Copy Editor

Tocquigny is searching for an experienced copy editor/proofreader to ensure accuracy in our creative executions across all media. We’re looking for a versatile team player who can also perform some basic writing and copy polishing. There’s also a QA component to the role, with basic testing of web sites included. This is a contract position that will start at 25 hours per week, with the potential of a full-time position in the future.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Proofread all jobs that leave the shop at various stages of production
  • Edit copy, correct typographical and grammatical errors and enforce client requirements and preferences
  • Proofread vendor proofs
  • Maintain client style guides with up-to-date legal information and preferential nuances regarding word choice, punctuation, etc.


  • Help “polish” client-provided copy for style and clarity
  • Perform basic website QA using provided test cases for functional, usability, platform compatibility, and stress testing
  • Manage and prioritize work effectively
  • Work enthusiastically, respectfully and collaboratively with other team members 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of the English language and grammar, with strong  written and verbal communication skills
  • Facility with standard proofreading marks
  • Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy
  • Experience, knowledge and comfort with basic web browsing
  • Demonstrated ability to handle/organize multiple projects simultaneously

Senior Business Writer

Tocquigny is seeking a senior business and technology writer (with strong project management skills) who will be responsible for creating an ongoing collection of user case studies for an analytics database client.  Candidate will be assigned Fortune 1000 companies to contact and will be responsible for scheduling and conducting interviews, developing and pitching the approach and executing and writing the case studies (as well as collecting any relevant images.)  Limited travel.

Essential Skills Desired:

  • A highly-motivated, independent type with a strong business oriented writing style.
  • Project management skills to ensure deliverables are high quality, delivered in timely manner, on budget, etc.
  • Organizational skills sufficient to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.


  • Communications skills to document and report on progress to manufacturer and agency.
  • Executive presence to communicate effectively with high level corporate technology executives and solicit the desired information efficiently.

Qualifications include:

  • 10+ years relevant writing/business/technology experience.
  • Publication or public relations experience is strongly preferred.

Traffic Coordinator

Tocquigny is searching for a highly organized, detail oriented, individual with excellent communications skills who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Primary responsibilities include managing, scheduling and trafficking all projects to ensure that they are delivered on time and on budget for clients.  
 
Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage and track the design, approval, proofreading and production agency deliverables
  • Create detailed production schedules for clients and creative teams; update schedules and communicate to teams as schedules and scope of work changes
  • Gather necessary information in order to manage project initiatives in a timely and efficient manner.​ Oversees the flow of information between Account Manager and department teams.​


  • Develop and maintain solid working relationships; encouraging a collaborative approach with departmental team members.​
  • Ensure that project details are correct and consistently updated in the database/job jackets

Qualifications include:

  • 2+​ years project management and or Traffic Coordinator experience
  • Strong understanding of interactive discipline. Experience should include exposure to website design/development, email campaign management, and online advertising.

Senior Account Director

Tocquigny is searching for an account director to head a large AOR relationship with a category leading technology account.  Ideal candidate will be versed in lead prospecting best practices, emerging technologies, and large-scale interactive development. Multiple years experience in B-to-B and B-to-C marketing situations, as well as deep experience in online and traditional communications are necessary for success.
 
This position requires a self-starting, proactive, and highly organized team player with excellent client communication skills, strategic skills, problem solving abilities, and strong creative judgment.


Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee 1-2 high-profile accounts.
  • Lead team in strategic direction for multiple integrated campaigns.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities; manage profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a three to four person account team.

Qualifications include:

  • 9+ years of experience in marketing/advertising; a significant portion in an Agency.

Senior ASP.NET Developer

You are a skilled and detail-oriented ASP.NET web application developer with five to seven years of .NET experience, at least 10 years of web development experience, a solid understanding of CSS and JavaScript, and proficiencies in SQL Server. In your role at Tocquigny, you will:

  • Maintain and expand client sites utilizing .NET(C#) and SQL Server platform.
  • Implement new functionality and new applications to existing client sites.
  • Assist our small team of developers with enhancing, maintaining, supporting, and testing existing public websites and new web applications (ASP.NET).
